ORDER PROCESSING
Order cut-off time: 22:00 (UK time)
Processing time: 3–5 working days (Monday–Friday)
Orders placed after the cut-off time will begin processing on the next working day.

DELIVERY INFORMATION
Estimated delivery time: 5–7 working days after dispatch
Total estimated delivery time (processing + shipping): 8–12 working days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as courier operations, peak seasons or weather conditions.

SHIPPING COSTS
Free standard shipping on all UK orders. No additional shipping fees apply. We currently ship to the United Kingdom only.

TRACKING
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to become active.

DELIVERY ISSUES
If your order arrives damaged, is incomplete or has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible. We recommend reporting delivery issues within 48 hours of receipt.

RETURNS
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Return shipping costs for unwanted items are the responsibility of the customer. See our Refund Policy for full details.
