Refund policy

At Rosmond Lane (a trading name of HB Brands), customer satisfaction is important to us. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL
You have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. In addition, we offer a voluntary 30-day return period from the date of delivery.

HOW TO START A RETURN
Email support@rosmondlane.co.uk with your order number and the reason for your return. Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Once your return is approved, we will email you the return instructions. Our returns centre address is also listed on our Contact page.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Return shipping for unwanted or change-of-mind items is paid by the customer and is non-refundable. Before returning, please contact us — in many cases we can offer an alternative solution.

INCORRECT, DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
Please contact us as soon as possible (we recommend within 48 hours of delivery) with photos. If confirmed, we will offer a replacement, a refund or a prepaid return label. You will not be charged return shipping when the error is ours.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Personalised items; hygiene-sealed items once opened; items returned after the 30-day period; items not in original condition or damaged through misuse (unless faulty).

EXCHANGES
Contact us for a different size or colour. Exchanges are subject to availability; if unavailable, a refund will be issued.

ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, the standard return procedure and your statutory right to cancel apply.

REFUNDS
Refunds are issued to the original payment method with no restocking fees, within 10 working days after your return has been received and approved, and no later than 14 days after we receive the item or proof that you sent it back.
